Cristina DiGiacomo
Cristina DiGiacomo is the creator of The 10+1 Code and founder of 10P1 Inc. She works at the intersection of philosophy, systems design, and executive leadership, building governance infrastructure for organizations deploying AI at speed, scale, and consequence.
Cristina brings more than two decades of experience in digital strategy and organizational transformation. She has studied philosophy for over fourteen years, integrating classical ethical reasoning with the operational demands of modern AI systems. She leads the C-Suite Network AI Council and advises executives, boards, and institutions on responsible AI leadership.
She is the author of the #1 bestselling book Wise Up! At Work, and has been recognized with two Publisher’s Awards from The New York Times, a Cannes Cyber Lion shortlist distinction, and IAOTP’s Philosopher of the Year.
John Pontrelli
John Pontrelli is a global technology executive whose career spans AI framework implementation, regulatory compliance, strategic risk management, and cybersecurity. He advises 10P1 on the institutional and regulatory dimensions of AI governance adoption, bringing direct experience with the compliance environments where the 10+1 is most critical.
John holds board director certifications with experience across M&A, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business resiliency for both public and private boards.
Tyler Cantrell
Tyler Cantrell is a technical and growth advisor to 10P1 Inc., the company behind the 10+1™ Code, ethical infrastructure for AI-Human ecosystems. He reviews AI prototypes and tooling, advises on architecture and stability, and supports go-to-market and AI community partnerships.
He brings over twelve years delivering enterprise SaaS, global payments, and AI initiatives at Amazon, AWS, and venture-backed startups. At Zenoti he helped scale annual payment volume from $5M to $350M across 42 countries. He recently designed, built, and operated a fail-closed governance system for a fleet of autonomous AI agents, pairing an eight-gate control cascade, kill switches, and a full decision audit trail with cross-model review across Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
A PMP-certified founder, Tyler raised capital, built, and launched a HIPAA-ready SaaS platform. He is also a recognized LGBTQ+ tech founder.
