Cristina DiGiacomo is the creator of The 10+1 Code and founder of 10P1 Inc. She works at the intersection of philosophy, systems design, and executive leadership, building governance infrastructure for organizations deploying AI at speed, scale, and consequence.
Cristina brings more than two decades of experience in digital strategy and organizational transformation. She has studied philosophy for over fourteen years, integrating classical ethical reasoning with the operational demands of modern AI systems. She leads the C-Suite Network AI Council and advises executives, boards, and institutions on responsible AI leadership.
She is the author of the #1 bestselling book Wise Up! At Work, and has been recognized with two Publisher’s Awards from The New York Times, a Cannes Cyber Lion shortlist distinction, and IAOTP’s Philosopher of the Year.
Paul Anthony Claxton
Paul Anthony Claxton is a venture capital fund manager and seasoned entrepreneur focused on AI governance, AI-native innovation, and institutional execution. He supports 10P1 as Partner for Institutional Partnerships and Capital Strategy, building relationships with enterprises, capital providers, and mission-aligned stakeholders to scale adoption of responsible AI frameworks.
Paul is Managing Partner at Digerati Investments, an early-stage AI investment firm, and leads Reciprocity ROI, a diligence and capital strategy firm helping founders and investment stakeholders strengthen governance posture, capital readiness, and execution discipline. His work turns principles into partnerships and partnerships into durable programs with measurable outcomes.
Shady Tammam
Shady Tammam is Co-Founder and CTO of a healthcare company acquiring ophthalmology practices across the United States. He designed the proprietary acquisition intelligence platform and led the technical architecture behind the first validated deployment of the 10+1 Standard in production.
His background spans MIS, automation, and applied AI. His work demonstrated that AI systems degrade not from a lack of intelligence but from a lack of structural anchoring, an insight that became the foundation of 10+1 Governance.
John Pontrelli
John Pontrelli is a global technology executive whose career spans AI framework implementation, regulatory compliance, strategic risk management, and cybersecurity. He advises 10P1 on the institutional and regulatory dimensions of AI governance adoption, bringing direct experience with the compliance environments where the 10+1 Standard is most critical.
John holds board director certifications with experience across M&A, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business resiliency for both public and private boards.
