What we collect

10P1 Inc. collects only the information you give us directly. If you fill out the introduction form on our website, we receive your name, your email address, and the message you wrote. That is the full extent of the personal information we collect through this site.

We do not track your activity across other sites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to you. If you ask us a question, we answer it. If you request an introduction, we follow up. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit permission.

Where it is stored

Introduction form submissions are collected through Formspree, a form processing service, and forwarded to our email. Formspree stores submission data on their servers according to their own privacy practices. You can review Formspree’s privacy policy at formspree.io.

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for standard operational purposes such as security and uptime monitoring. This information is not used by 10P1 to identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We retain introduction form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable business record of our correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, contact us through the introduction page on our website.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. We will honor those rights to the extent they apply.

Children

10P1 Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our operations evolve or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
